Women's Self Defense Class

Description

JFC Security, LLC, Federation's security provider, will teach us how to assess a situation and, if needed, the tools to defend ourselves. Attendees will also hear how JFC Security helps keep our community safe, open, and welcoming.

Plus, we will have the opportunity to see Jewish Family Service Association’s (JFSA) new Kindness Center. The Kindness Center is one of JFSA’s newest locations and houses three of JFSA’s most unique programs, including PLAN, YouthAbility, and a Day Program for individuals with developmental disabilities. This new location provides each of these programs greater space for social programming, collaborative spaces for creative activities, holiday celebrations and art, music and movement therapies.

This event is open to the all women in our community so please invite your friends! Space is limited.

Light breakfast will be served
