Marcy Levy Shankman, Ph.D. is founder and owner of MLS Consulting, LLC, a consulting practice she founded in 2001. She has served in executive leadership roles at the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and the Cleveland Leadership Center. Marcy is co-editor of a book on the effective and ethical use of leadership assessments as well as co-author of "Emotionally Intelligent Leadership: A Guide for Students" (2nd edition) (Jossey-Bass, 2015) as well as other books and articles on the topic of emotional intelligence. Marcy also teaches at John Carroll University and volunteers in the community.
