Inna Kinney is the Founder and CEO of the Economic Community Development Institute (ECDI), a non-profit organization that invests in people to create measurable and enduring social and economic change. Inna, who immigrated with her family to Columbus from the Former Soviet Union in 1974, has a passion for helping immigrant families and makes a difference in her local community by easing the transition of immigrants into Columbus. Through her work, Inna provides services to anybody who wants to start or expand a business, buy a house, or get an education.
