Women IN Philanthropy Renewal Retreat

Description

Join Women IN Philanthropy for an afternoon in nature at Camp Wise as we celebrate the new year together. Choose from two of four wellness sessions, led by expert facilitators, that will give you time and space to reflect on the past year and invigorate yourself as we move into the new year.

• On-site parking will be available. Carpool opportunities are also available from the Federation building in Beachwood.

• Snacks and dinner will be provided (kosher dietary laws observed)

Sessions include:

• Breath, Body & Spirit: Embodied Jewish Practices for Wellness and Nourishment with Yoshi Silverstein and Ariana Starkman of Mitsui Collective
• Mindful Meditation and Jewish Leadership with Or Mars of The Wexner Foundation
• Finding our Power through Creative Process with Rabbi Bec Richman of the Jewish Studio Project
• Character Wellness with Ruchi Koval of Congregation JFX and Momentum
