Last year, more than 500 people died in Cuyahoga County from opioid-related overdose.

Learn about the opioid epidemic, its impact on our Cleveland Jewish community, and how to get help for friends and family members in need. Then participate in a hands-on social action and advocacy project that will support the community’s awareness efforts. Featuring:

- Congresswoman Marcia L. Fudge, who will share her expertise on The Breaking Addiction Act of 2017.

- Sheryl Hirsh, a member of our Jewish community, who will share her personal story about her daughter’s overdose and untimely passing.
